Refund Policy

This dedicated Refund Policy applies to purchases of MenuLingo subscriptions and lifetime plans, a service provided by Abdelhak perosnal business, trading as MenuLingo.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund window and money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and lifetime plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, use one of these instructions:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at inzitazoult@gmail.com and we will help process your refund.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund — refunds are governed by section 1 above.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
